Lemon, Tulsi, And Ginger Water
This combination of lemon, tulsi, and ginger is believed to be really healthy. The herbal mix is believed to increase the metabolic rate of the body which further helps in increasing fat loss. Drinking it is said to be a natural way of losing weight.
Drinking this water/tea can help in treating digestion-related issues like indigestion, constipation, gastric disorders among other digestive problems.
Ginger, tulsi, and lemon water or tea also helps in curing respiratory issues like cold, cough which are common during this season.

Adding black pepper to the lemon, ginger, and tulsi concoction helps in losing weight. How To Make This Healthy Concoction?
In a saucepan, add water and bring to boil. Add grated ginger to the pan and boil for 2-3 minutes. Next, add tulsi leaves to the pan and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Strain the water in a cup. Add 2 tbsp of honey and squeeze lemon juice in it. Give the water a quick stir.
Adding a pinch of black pepper and turmeric further helps in making the drink healthy for your body.
