Creating healthy eating habits for summer
The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way many people ate. Stress, economic hardship and lifestyle changes affected eating habits, and many people reported that their diets worsened over the past year. Nutritionists heard concerns about people skipping meals, restricting eating or overeating.
At 11 a.m. Monday, host Angela Davis will speak with a nutritionist about eating healthy, how to reduce the amount of sugar and salt in our diets and adding more nutritious foods to our meals.
And Chris Farrell, MPR senior economics contributor, joins us to talk about the current state of the economy.
We want to hear from you. How have your eating habits changed over the past year? Are you planning to make some changes to what you are eating this summer? What questions do you have for our guests? Give us a call at 651-227-6000 or 800-242-2828 during the 11 a.m. hour or tweet @AngelaDavisMPR to join the conversation.
