Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s star Khloe Kardashian attributes her easy-breezy quarantine attitude to her regimented healthy lifestyle. The youngest Kardashian sister has always been open about her struggle with her physicality. Throughout quarantine, she has made it a point to maintain her cool, and she says it’s thanks to a healthy routine she has established.

Khloe embarked on her fitness journey a few years back and shows no signs of stopping any time soon. Nowadays, the star trains like it ain’t nobody’s business. Her Instagram is packed with snaps showing off the results. If it’s not a photo of her working out, it’s a photo of her flaunting her tight and toned figure. Throughout the quarantine, she has cemented her focus on her health and wellness. She has also learned how to adapt her workouts to involve True, her daughter.

In an interview with Refinery29, Khloe gets real about the hardships the COVID-lockdown lifestyle has imposed on people everywhere. “I definitely think because of my fitness journey and already having such a regimented schedule when it comes to working out, it kind of kept me sane during these crazy times,” says Khloe over a Zoom call. Having a consistent routine, and a drive for maintaining that consistency, is how Khloe keeps up with her healthy lifestyle.

It has been an especially hard time for just about everyone, and finding ways to cope is ideal for maximising your time in quarantine. Whether it’s working out, spending quality time with your kids, pumpkin carving, or diving into your dusty old cookbooks, finding a headspace where you are calm and present is most definitely the move. In the midst of filming the final season of KUWTK, Khloe is using this time to ground herself in light of change at every level.

And her healthy lifestyle is paying off. Khloe’s health comeback is definitely one to watch. Just look at her toned body hit the beach with her daughter True, in this photo on her Instagram. Khloe goes on to talk about how her daughter, True, motivates her workouts and her healthy lifestyle. Speaking to Refinery29, she says, “I like to work out early, it just sets the tone for the rest of my day, it makes me want to eat better and be active and healthy. By [True] seeing me like this, I hope she’s active and takes care of herself.”
