Components

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Scrub the potatoes thoroughly clean and shred them.

  • Position potatoes in a colander and rinse with chilly drinking water, until finally the water runs crystal clear.
  • Push water out of the potatoes
  • Add oil to a frying pan and heat on medium warmth.

  • When very hot, increase potatoes. Make confident they are evenly spread out in the pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt and black ground pepper.
  • Leave the potatoes to cook dinner for about 10 minutes or right until golden brown, do not stir them (this is vital)

  • Then flip the potatoes and prepare dinner for a further 8 minutes or till golden brown. You can flip all the potatoes at when or in sections like me. I uncovered dividing the potatoes into quarters was the easiest but nevertheless a challenging flip.
