The Facebook mastermind is up at 8 am most days. He also apparently sleeps in tomorrow’s t-shirt, so he doesn’t waste time picking out an outfit.
Viola Davis
The ‘Widows’ star wakes up at 5:30 am and works out with her husband. “That part of my day is completely about me and my husband,” she told Refinery29.
Demi Lovato
“I like to do two workouts,” the singer told The Cut. “The first one will be boxing for an hour or maybe kickboxing or jiu jitsu, and then I’ll strengthen and condition by lifting weights for an hour.”
Kim Kardashian
Kardashian told Harper’s Bazaar that she’s up at 6 am, goes for a run, and works out while listening to R&B or classical music.
Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs had a heck of a morning routine. He would apparently look in the mirror, and ask himself “If today was the last day of my life, would I be happy with what I’m about to do today?” That seems pretty intense.
Audrey Hepburn
Hepburn started the morning with two eggs and some whole wheat toast. She detoxed every month, but never skipped breakfast.
Tory Burch

Jennifer Aniston
Richard Branson
Richard Branson sleeps on his own private island, and starts the day by taking a dip in the ocean and swimming around. That’s pretty hard to try yourself—unless you also have your own island—so why not try his tip of sleeping with the curtains open?
Queen Elizabeth II
The Queen apparently wakes up at 7:30 am, and slurps up some breakfast tea with Marie cookies.
Khloé Kardashian
This Kardashian sister wakes up at 5 am for her morning workout. Then it’s green tea, a banana, and a peanut butter pack.
Jack Dorsey
The tech giant tends to wake up at 5:30 am. He apparently meditates and jogs for six miles.
Marilyn Monroe
The blonde bombshell had an interesting morning routine. She warmed a cup of milk, mixed it with raw eggs, and drank it. She also took a multi-vitamin pill for that extra kick.
Bill Gates
The successful businessman does an hour on the treadmill after getting up.
Kate Hudson
Hudson has said she wakes up between 6:30 am and 7:30 am. She needs a 15 minute snooze before drinking a cup of coffee while watching ‘Morning Joe.’
Sheryl Sandberg

Martha Stewart
“I get up a couple hours before I’m supposed to leave in the morning and I’ll put on a mask,” Stewart told the Times. “I’ve always done this — well, basically since I discovered masks.”

The Greek-American businesswoman is the co-founder of The Huffington Post. She has spoken on the importance of beauty sleep, and has asked employees to sleep during the work day.
Julianne Hough

The entrepreneur keeps things simple in the morning. He gets up, gets dressed, and shaves. Then it’s coffee on-the-go and checking e-mails, all in 20 minutes.
Ryan Seacrest
Seacrest gets through the morning without dealing with messages and online concerns. “I’ve learned that I can only have the capacity to engage in so much for certain amount of times,” he told the New York Times.
Simon Cowell
Simon Cowell apparently starts the day with around 500 push-ups. If he has time for an extra work out, he’ll fit it in. He also has a steam and a bath, but it’s always breakfast in bed.
Lord Alan Sugar

Winston Churchill
The Prime Minister apparently woke up at 7:30 am every day. He would apparently stay in bed for a couple of hours, where he would talk with staff, chow down on breakfast, and get up to date with the news.
Indra Nooyi
The PepsiCo chair is up at 4 am, and in the office by 7 am. So why does she only get around four hours of sleep per night? “A healthy fear that the world is changing, and a conviction that, to win, you have to change faster and be more agile than anyone else,” she told the Harvard Business Review.
Howard Schultz
