Seniors in Coquitlam can learn about health and wellness
The Tri-Metropolitan areas Seniors’ Motion Society and the Tri-Cities Group Reaction Network are internet hosting a special discussion board centered on seniors’ wellness.
Pathways to Superior Overall health is currently being held on June 8 at the Coquitlam Continuing Instruction Centre (380 Montgomery St.), from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
