Naples retirement community gives all who live there a taste of luxury
Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ newest Life Plan Community, is well-known for its wide array of luxury residences and life-enriching amenities, as well as concierge physicians and personalized healthcare included with residency.
But seeing is believing which is why Moorings Park Grande Lake will host an informational luncheon on Thursday, December 3 at 11:30 a.m. in the Sales Gallery. Located at 7330 Premier Drive, the socially distanced sessions have limited seating available and are designed to give prospects “a taste” of what life might look like for those who choose to make this their home.
To sign up for the upcoming session, RSVP by Tuesday, December 1 by visiting MooringsParkGL.org or calling 239-232-3903.
Just 5 miles from 5th Avenue South
When it comes to real estate the old adage is: “It’s all about location, location, location.” Moorings Park Grande Lake has that more than covered as it’s located just five miles from downtown Naples with all its renowned restaurants, boutique shops and various entertainment venues.
The location, which is also just four miles to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches, lies just south of Golden Gate Parkway between Airport-Pulling and Livingston roads.
Incredible Views. Unlike anywhere else.
Clearly the views from every residence in this 55-acre community fronting the gorgeous 28-acre lake have created a buzz throughout Southwest Florida.
“When it comes to Life Plan communities, there’s simply nothing like our views in Southwest Florida,” Mann noted. “What’s really special about our lake and golf course views lies in the fact that there are no homes built around the course. That’s a rarity in Naples. Our residents tell us on a regular basis how happy they are to be living here and how beautiful the views are from their homes. And not just the views from their large lanais, but from the kitchens, great rooms and master bedrooms.”
Retirees love our thoughtfully designed residences
Spacious residences, all with phenomenal lake and golf course views, feature two-bedroom plus den or three-bedroom plans with 2,230 to 2,735 square feet under air. The open floor plans are perfect for entertaining family and friends. Expansive kitchen designs feature an island counter and an upgraded stainless-steel appliance package. And expansive lanais help to bring the outdoors inside for the ultimate Florida lifestyle.
Two fabulously designed penthouses were recently released for sale, with one already having been sold. The aptly named Port Royal is a spectacular four-bedroom plus study or three-bedroom plus two studies/four-and-a-half-bath floor plan. Measuring 5,065 square feet under air and 6,155 total square feet, this impressive home includes an outdoor master retreat and covered outdoor living areas that overlook the sparkling lake and golf course beyond.
Additional residential opportunities can also be found within the community’s grande Clubhouse, now under construction and slated for a Fall 2021 completion.
Conveniently located on the floors directly above the Clubhouse, are 16 Clubhouse Residences featuring two bedrooms plus a study, as well as three-bedroom plus study floor plans ranging in size from 3,331 to 3,566 square feet under air. The square footage does not include the impressive lanais which dramatically increases the indoor/outdoor entertaining space up to an additional 780 square feet of covered outdoor living area.
“If you see the lanais in our Clubhouse residences you’ll know immediately why they are so popular,” said Mann. “We have designed some of the largest lanais in Southwest Florida residential living. Westerly facing, each of these residences is blessed with stunning lake, golf course and sunset views, just one more reason our Baby Boomer market absolutely loves these homes.”
Entrance fees for the residences at Moorings Park Grande Lake start at $1.5 million and are 70 percent refundable.
5-Star resort lifestyle
And speaking of the Clubhouse, this lakefront masterpiece with its 223,053 square feet of resort-style amenities and residential living is destined to become the social hub of the community. It will undoubtedly be the envy of others from miles around with three amenity-laden floors, as well as the four floors of residential living on top.
Mann commented, “The restaurants here will be as fine as any you will find on 5th Avenue. Residents and their guests will enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, with Grande Lake and the golf course as their backdrop. They can relax with friends in the lounge. Work out in the fitness center. Deal the next hand in the card room. Create in the art studio. Sunbathe poolside or read the latest best-seller in the shade of our cabanas. All while relishing the spectacular lake and golf course views.”
Healthcare beyond compare
Moorings Park Grande Lake has all the top-notch indoor and outdoor amenities Baby Boomers are seeking. Plus, they’ll have the peace of mind that comes from knowing concierge physicians and personalized healthcare are included with residency, as well as assisted living and memory care services should residents ever need them.
The Center for Healthy Living with rehabilitation services, as well as the Care 360 concierge healthcare program, developed in partnership with NCH Healthcare System, is located within the Clubhouse. Offering a higher level of personalized primary care, Care 360 services are available to residents with no additional fees other than typical co-pays.
