The UN-retirement Community
The Life Plan Community of Moorings Park Grande Lake has been touted as the “best” in so many ways, in large part because it was designed to be unlike any other retirement community in the country. Accustomed to Simply the Best® when it comes to spacious, luxurious homes and an active social life, Baby Boomers recognize they have both at Moorings Park Grande Lake – the UN-retirement community of Southwest Florida, developed in partnership with London Bay Homes.
“Grande” Clubhouse Opens to Rave Reviews
“Wow! It’s hard to believe we are finally here! This Clubhouse looks just like the rendering we’ve been showing people over the last two years … in fact, it’s even sexier,” notes Tom Mann, Moorings Park Communities’ VP of Sales and Marketing. “Our first 150 members, who are already living here, are blown away by this. It feels like you are at one of the finest resorts in the country.”
From its state-of-the-art fitness center with a TrackMan Golf Simulator and its relaxing Rejuvenate Salon and Spa, to its stylish bistro and fine dining offering creative cuisine, as well as a lakeside resort-style pool and cabanas – Moorings Park Grande Lake has all the top-notch indoor and outdoor amenities you seek.
The community’s three new dining restaurants include Zest Café and Bistro; Savor 26, an upscale, yet casual “go-to” with a playful menu; and BlueStone, the fine dining restaurant with an emphasis on prime meats, seafood, and overall cuisine. “The restaurants are gorgeous but the food … oh, my goodness … so good! Trust me, if you live here your friends are going to be jealous,” observes Mann.
Another amazing benefit members can reap is having concierge physicians on-site. The Center for Healthy Living with rehabilitation services, as well as the Care 360 concierge healthcare program, developed in partnership with NCH Healthcare System, is located within the Clubhouse. Offering a higher level of personalized primary care, Care 360 services are available to you with no additional fees other than typical co-pays.
