Bogdan Bogdanovic recently told Chris Kirshner of The Athletic that he’s fully healthy heading into the 2021-22 NBA season.The versatile guard ended last season battling through a knee issue during the playoffs, and while he didn’t miss any time, he was clearly limited during Round 2 against Philadelphia and in the Eastern Conference Finals against Milwaukee. Bogdanovic said he did not undergo offseason surgery, but he did receive a PRP shot in the knee. “I wanted to just make sure that I was 100 percent healthy at the beginning of this coming season,” Bogdanovic said. “It’s nothing serious where I had surgery or anything like that. I am good, and I am healthy now. That’s already behind me and was a long time ago. I have no problems now.” In his first season with the Atlanta Hawks, Bogdanovic appeared in 44 games and turned in averages of 16.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.1 steals and 3.3 made threes per game. Over a 27-game stretch from March 30 through May 30, he put up 21.1 points, 4.4 boards, 4.2 assists, 1.6 steals and 4.4 threes per game, ranking as one of the league’s most valuable fantasy guards during that run.
