When Ground Beef is On Sale…Make Meatballs!

Taking advantage of grocery retail store profits is a good way to help save a small income. Our Favourite Meatballs
Would make about 20 smaller meatballs

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 an onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. black floor pepper
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil (for cooking)
Instructions
