The Best Roast Potatoes – Sunny Side Up Nutrition

Sunny Facet Up Nutrition Podcast Co-host, Anna Macaky’s favorite holiday dish. This is the one dish that we will usually, constantly have at household getaway celebrations.



Roast Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes (you are going to require about 2 potatoes per person.)
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Sprig of rosemary (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Dice Yukon gold potatoes (assure all parts are around the exact size to make sure even cooking).

Toss in a roasting pan with more than enough olive oil until finally potatoes are lined (but not swimming in the oil). Make confident the pan isn’t also crowded.

Generously sprinkle kosher salt. Grind some pepper far too, if you like pepper.

Roast for approx. 35-45 minutes.

Examine potatoes just about every 10 minutes or so and shake the pan to avoid far too a great deal sticking.

You can finish with a sprinkling of contemporary rosemary, but that is optional.
